Reviews
CEVA volleyball tournament location... V E R Y loud ( bring ear plugs ) and close to no seating ( BYO CAMP CHAIR and a towel to go under the feet ). Good lighting, good court surface, good facility, clean, with good bathrooms, typically $6 cover charge ( cash or card), food and drink prohibited but loosely enforced in the courts area. Parking fills quickly.
PRETTY GOOD FILIPINO RESTAURANT on the perimeter of the property!
They have nice weights. The price for a day use pass is a little expensive at around $8. They have an indoor rock wall which looks awesome. Nice showers.
Bob Kiefer Center is a great place to leave your kids when your after work hours are thriving ðŸ˜. If they are in middle school there's a cute little program called 250 I recommend it to every parent. 250 is such a good place with amazing staff all you need to do parents 😉 is sign some papers then your good to go and let your kids go wild without your supervision but with somebody they can trust more.
Excellent turf fields for youth sporting events.
We used the soccer fields for a high school tournament. The fields were in good condition. The restrooms were relatively clean. I have not been inside the building, so can't comment on that.
It was clean we were able to hold our event there was any issues. And it was better than out in the rain.
Great sports park.
The facility is fairly nice. I visited during the volley ball tournament. There was not enough parking to accommodate the number of people. People were parking illegally and creating new parking spaces/lots. I totally agree, the black lines on a dark gray make calling games very difficult. There is no sound baffling in either of the court areas. The noise level hovered around 80 to a high of 89 decibles on my sound meter app. The refs were having a tough time, because people can't hear the whistle or tell whose it is. The refs being back to back in their stands did not help the problem. The second court area is designed in a way that you cannot help going on to someone's court to get to your game.
